Mitchell's Adventure is seeking a Store Manager for their store at Casuarina Shopping Centre, 247 Trower Rd, Casuarina, NT.

This outstanding and very rare opportunity exists for the right person to step in and help us drive our business.

You will have complete autonomy to manage all aspects of the store and as such a results driven person is sought.

Key Requirements

* Have previous experience as a retail store manager
* Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Love and know the outdoors
* Have an eye for detail
* Possess excellent time and inter-personal management skills
* Be a natural motivator and coach
* Have an understanding of retail administration
* Have a positive "whatever it takes" attitude
